About twelve hundred nurses and health care workers showed up. And we, ah, I met with the three top medical doctors in the State ah, government. They were unmoved by science. Every argument they threw up, I knocked down with science. They had opinion. And ah, so, we, then, we got a lot of media from it. We then came back and there were hearings, yesterday. Ah, there were [NY] Senate Hearings on, with the State, on the swine flu vaccine. Now the whole morning and afternoon they had pro-vaccine people on, talking about how good it is and how it's gonna save lives. I was there from 9:30 yesterday morning and I got a chance to talk at 9 o'clock last night. Twelve hours after sitting there all day long! And you can't leave because you lose your place in that rotation. I was number thirty-two. And the questions they were asking were just stupid, the panel. In any case when I got up there ah, I said ah, 'Ladies and gentlemen, please do not personalize what I am about to say, or the energy I am sharing this with you. It's not about you, it's about this system.' And then I let into 'em ah, using facts, facts upon the fact that there has never been a double-blind, placebo, randomized control study, long-term of any vaccine in history. There's never been a study on what happens when you have multiple vaccines in the body. There's never been a study on pregnant women, children. Ah, and the four studies on senior citizens showed, zero efficacy, two percent efficacy, ah, five percent efficacy, and nine percent efficacy, which means that it's worthless for seniors.

But, putting a toxin in, I showed how the pharmaceutical industry has had to settle more, I gave them one hundred and thirty-two thousand, thousand legal judgments that the pharmaceutical industries have settled, including price fixing, hiding ah, the truth about dangerous drugs, killing forty-two thousand people with Vioxx [Rofecoxib] and hiding that information. And yet, with all those lawsuits, with all that damage, it was merely the cost of doing business when they settled. Their stocks went back up and everybody was happy. And I said to the panel, 'only in America could you kill ter-, thirty-two thousand people and get a bonus.'

And then I went through the very companies we're trusting with our lives, ah, our developing fetus' lives, have been serial criminals. These are criminals. These are not decent, ethical, law-abiding people. These are people who are the most disgusting human vermin on the planet. They kill people. They maim people. They do it for a profit. They're unconscionably, ahm, ah, um, lacking in any sense of spiritual value.

And then I tied in the money they had made. I showed the percentage of markups. When one drug it went to Zanax, it went to 537,000% markup. It cost them two cents. They sell it for $133.20. I said, 'so now, you're allowing a company, companies that have broken the law repeatedly, and my cases don't include cases where settlements that were not disclosed, because the vast majority of lawsuits they settle, you have to sign that you will not disclose the outcome ah, ah, of the settlement. So I only got the ones we could get an amount on. It was over a trillion dollars.

So, here are a group of people who are the worst scum on earth, who lie as a way of doing business, who cause injuries and death, and yet you trust them to ma-, make a healthy vaccine, er, a safe vaccine, an efficacious vaccine.

Then I went into the science. I was reporting from the Cochrane Group

I gave them a one hundred page article, a scientific review of all the studies showing that vaccines are not safe and effective. [ http://www.garynull.com/ ] And that was just on Swine flu and the seasonal flu. And I gave all the studies showing that there is danger. And then I gave the studies on thimerosal. And one of the doctors on the panel says, 'but thimerosal has been shown not to be dangerous.' And I said, 'yes. And who gave you that opinion? Because I have science. And I said, 'Anyone in this room, any doctor that would give lead into the body of a patient knowingly would be in jail! Yet, you give something more toxic than lead, mercury, and you mandate that the person must put it in their body, including pregnant women ah, if they're health care workers in New York, and if not, they lose their job.' I said, 'so you put a person on a plank.' And I said, 'It's unfair. What you are doing is cruel and unusual punishment.' And I said, 'You all will be held personally responsible in the court of public opinion if this goes south. And it will go south.' And I said, 'look at your studies. There are only safety studies. If you actually paid attention to your, ah, your own science shows that in the pregnancy study, any woman who gets a fever at a hundred or above will be excluded from the study.' I said, 'this is insane.' I said, 'if a woman gets the swi-, swine flu or regular seasonal flu vaccine and gets a fever of a hundred it means that the vaccine is causing a reaction, an immune reaction in her body. So the very people that would give you an honest outcome in a study, you've excluded! How dare you! I say, 'I challenge all of you, to stop abusing women!' Boy, they all, the women and men on that panel, you know, got all flustered.

And I said, 'yes, you are abusing women as you have throughout the entire history of medicine. You are allowing, ten million women every day, to take synthetic hormone replacement therapy when your studies show it increases heart attack, breast cancer, stroke, and ovarian cancer, and dementia, thirteen percent, minimal, adverse reactions. That means you're putting one point three million American women, everyday, ah, to be sacrificed on the altar of medical hubris and greed.

I am ashamed of how lacking in intellect American doctors are. I am ashamed of American medicine having the courage to stand up, actually be courageous for once in their God damned lives and do something that shows they care about something other than their safety, or their position, the ah, continuity of their lifestyle , and their place in the hierarchical order, like a bunch of strutting peacocks! It's embarrassing.' I said, 'Now, I'll get a lobotomy and come on and debate any of these doctors.' I said, 'you've had doctors all day long. Why didn't you allow me to ask them a question? Why aren't they here to challenge me on my questions and statements?' I said, I said, 'So you're just acting as a buffer. Let's be honest about it. You would never have me up here if it weren't for the fact that by law, you're mandated to hold a public hearing. But where am I at? In an empty room at nine o'clock at night after sitting here twelve hours listening to nothing but half truths non-stop. And remember this, an old Jewish saying, a half-truth is a full lie. And American medicine is nothing, if it is not filled with half truths. From mammograms being required every year from young girls, so they get cancer from the God damn things.'

I said, 'you are an embarrassment to society.' And I said, 'I intend to be on your butt all the time on this.' I said, 'I have the resources, financial, legal, intellectual, in science, to challenge you in courts of law. Tomorrow, I'll be in U.S. Supreme Court or ah, I'll be in the [NY] State Supreme Court, ah, bringing lawsuits on behalf of nurses because someone has to protect the five hundred thousand public health workers in this state. It sure is the dickens not going to be you all.' So I said, 'let us not pretend that anything said at this hearing is going to make any difference at all.' That was part of what I said yesterday.

So, tomorrow, today, I go down to the [NY] Supreme Court at 2 o'clock. Friday [10-16-09] there's another big rally out on Long Island, ah, er, in New Jersey, ah, where we'll be ah, gathering in front of where the governor is lecturing, a former Goldman Sacks alumni top man. And I'm bringing all the records of how many criminal acts they committed, how many lawsuits they settled when he was a top executive and would have known about it or should have known about it. And this just to show that we give credit to companies, to industries, to professions that they do not deserve.

And I had one of the doctors complain. And I said, 'sir, you show me a single meeting of any medical group in the United States, any medical group. Here are fourteen major medical groups and the, plus the supporting organizations. Show me a listing of the magazines, the New England Journal of Medicine, Science Magazine, The Journal of the American Medical Association, ah, ah. Show me any article that shows that these individuals are so concerned about the iatrogenesis, the unnecessary death and injuries, that they actually chose to address it, and tried to prevent it, deal with it --- never, nothing, zero, zip, zero. So once again, you as a physician, you sir, allowed 700,000 Americans to die last year and not a word out of any of your mouths. Shame on you! Shame on every God damn physician in America that doesn't open their mouth! Except to tell the patient, 'go home, take your Prozac, your Zanax, your, your chemotherapy. But where are you in defending the people who are going to be toe tagged with weeping friends and family because you thought you knew what you were doing and you did not. What is needed in American medicine is humility, not arrogance, compassion, not indifference. So it's time we stood up to American doctors and got in their faces and said grow up you pricks! And I'm that guy that's not going to blink or back off. So, any doctor in this audience call me now and argue with me! Come on! Take me on! Alright? Call up, if you're a physician! Let's have it out. Let's do a little intellectual rumbling. I'm sick and tired of seeing friends and family and Americans dying and injured because you refuse to acknowledge what you don't know! You talk about being angry? You're damn right I'm angry. You don't like it, screw yah! Come on the air and fight me!

That's it Roy. You got anything to say? Then put out the number and let's hear what these people have to say to defend themselves and their profession, this 'holier than thou' art and trying so hard to protect the public. And I'll show them disease, damaged, deformed and infirm individuals. If they can't take credit for their mistakes, they should never take credit just for their victories and their successes. Ah, pro-, ah, vaccinators, immuni-, immunizers, ah, we're waiting for a response because ahm, there are plans to ah, ba, ba, vaccinate more than health care workers in New York. And more than health care workers, and more than health care workers and teachers, but including ah, children, pregnant women and ah, ...

Gary Null: And they're not allowing medical exemptions or religious exemptions unless your personal physician in New York can find that there is a medically indicated reason that would be adverse, like an allergy to eggs. But if any doctor in New York State would have two or three patients that he would give a medical exemption to, the State Medical Ethics Board would be on his or her case in a heartbeat. And doctors who were there yesterday talking against vaccines said they are terrified because of the Gestapo-like tactics that have been ah, played against doctors in New York State for decades under Commissioners of Medicine that were so pro-pharmaceutical. So, for a long time the pharmaceutical industry has had its physicians and scientists lobbying everyone in the state but never once was there any of the advocates for real science and real medicine allowed to come in and offer a counterbalancing point of view. We are nothing if not in an epidemic, a pandemic of propaganda.

1st Oblivious Caller: Ah, ah, Gary, this is not a doctor's question. But, ah, um, could you explain a ...

Roy Tuckman, host: OK. Hello, you're on the air with Gary Null.

2nd Oblivious Caller: Yes, um, I actually agree with Gary Null. What I would like to know as the consumer is, which ah, other vaccines might have thimerosal in them besides the Swine flu vaccine?

Gary Null: Here's the game that they play. And be careful on the wording. They will say that they have done a double-blind study of they have done a blinded study. What you don't know until you actually do what I did is look at the actual re-, research methodology, is that they excluded the virus, but included, in a placebo, thimerosal, aluminum, formaldehyde, glycol, a whole series of antibiotics, a whole series of highly reactive ingredients. Now, any scientist in this audience knows that if you're going to do a blinded study or a double-blind placebo, ah, a placebo-controlled study, the placebo must be inert. It must be a non-reactive, biologically non-reactive, physiologically non-reactive substance. So when they compare, in a placebo control, a placebo that is not a placebo, but call it a placebo, and no body goes to the end of the study, then looks at the sub-papers and in the sub-papers you see what the methodology was, 'cause in the heart of the study it simply says placebo. So you think it's a sugar pill, but it's not a sugar pill, it's ah, mercury!

Now, then you go one step further. You start looking all the vaccines that they say they took the mercury out of as of 1999, wrong. That's a lie. If fact, it was never, never mandated that they had to take mercury out of vaccines. It was suggested. And in the art of obfuscation and denial and plausible deniability, the ah, suggestion of a voluntary restriction, a voluntary withdrawal is purely up to the manufacturers.

Now, these are the same manufacturers, the same identical manufacturers that hid the negative consequences of Vioxx for four years while a very courageous physician in Washington at the FDA, truly working on the public's behalf, Doctor David Gran stated, repeatedly to people at the FDA that 'this was a dangerous drug and should not be allowed on the market.' All the while he was being intimidated and actually threatened to be put in an obscure position. Now, Gran lost and the American public had over 130,000 known and documented strokes or heart attacks including a physician, a Head of Medicine, that I filmed in Detroit. And he, I filmed him outside knocking a sign into his grass that said 'home for sale.' Why? Because after twenty-five years of medicine, and teaching medicine to physicians, medical students, he had a stroke because he was taking Vioxx.

Gary Null: And he was not only now broke, because he couldn't work. But he didn't have compensation. Because he didn't have compensation and he was broke, all the things that he did work for were gone. Now, this is a de-, decent and ethical man who is now the victim of the very system that he had. And I said to him, and not in any cruel and callous manner, but one of concern, 'did you ever think during all those years of teaching medical students about pharmacology that the propaganda that was being issued and the lack of real science on the safety and efficacy would later come back and hurt patients of these doctors?' And he said, 'There were many times when I thought that the ah, the, the pharmaceutical industry had way too much power, way too much influence.' And he said, 'they did it in, in, in ways that you didn't even think of like giving you your stethoscopes and giving you your medical bag, and giving you note pads, and giving you coffee mugs and providing breakfasts or providing lunches. And then as you became a physician and you, they started to see you specialize, ah, depending upon your specialization, they would come in and they would free-restock your own inner office pharmacy, if you had an inner office pharmacy, and a lot of doctors do. So, suddenly, you're not paying for drugs that you're selling to patients.' He said, 'because you don't get drugs for free and give 'em free to patients. You sell them. So, you're getting something for free. You're charging a patient. Now, which drug are you going to get? The one you have to buy or the one the guy comes in, re-stocks all your drugs for free, takes you out and gives you the best dinner or lunch in, in, in your city, takes you on an all-expenses-paid golfing trip to Hawaii or Scotland, pays your first-class airfare keeps you in a five-star hotel, sees you get massaged. And all you have to do is simply attend ah, a three-hour conference so you get continuing med-, medical education.' And I said, 'my God, this is a rigged system! Surely, you're not naïve enough to assume that all this is because they like you?' And he says, 'No.' He says, 'unfortunately, so often we cross that line, that barricade that should be there to say 'do not interfere in how I treat a patient. Do not interfere in the selection process I make. Do not interfere in my choices.'

Roy Tuchman, host: We have a doctor on the phone.

Gary Null: And he said, 'but we allow that to happen. Now, this is a man who cannot practice medicine, had to sell his house, is filling for bankruptcy, all because the pharmaceutical industry hid information on Vioxx.

Now, Vioxx actually killed 43,000 Americans that we know of. That has been adjudicated. They settled a lawsuit for eight point five billion dollars. And they got a bu-, bu-, bonus. The head of the company got a bonus. And their stock went up. Now, where else could you kill 43,000 people and get a bonus? And no one…

Gary Null: … takes responsibility. No one says, 'we made a mistake.' I'm saying, until medicine chooses to be honest about its mistakes. No one questions its value. No one questions the virtue of emergency medicine and saving lives. That's not the issue. The issue is, you can't have it both ways. You can't have part of the house working and part of the house dysfunctional and say, 'there is no problem.' And if doctors are not willing to bring this to their own attention and demand investigations, demand 'why things are not working?,' demand, when mistakes are made, that there not be serial mistakes, demand that we open up medicine so that the physician and patient have quality time together, where decisions of informed consent are made based the, on all the information that's available and not selective or exclusive, demand the pharmaceutical companies stay out of medicine, because, right now, the pharmaceutical companies have more power in medicine than anyone can possibly imagine.

Now, I did a whole series, a hundred page article with over 209 references that shows how studies have been falsified! How they even paid a foundation to present a medical journal, that looked like a legitimate medical journal, that read like a medical journal, that praised the outcome of a study on a particular pharmaceutical drug, that went on to make a lot of money. And it was all a sham. There was no peer-review. There was no independent research. And it was, it was a for-profit, or it was a group that was in the business of profit.

Now, let me give you just one more example before we go to who's on the line here. Canada's vaccine awareness, Vaccine Risk Awareness Network
[ http://vran.org/ A Canadian-based, non-profit educational society, founded by parents whose children have suffered vaccine reactions and injuries. ]
says, quote, these are physicians and scientists, 'among all vaccines, the flu vaccine is listed as the most useless vaccine of all time award.' CDC officials forced to confess, on the record, quote, 'influenza vaccines are still among the least effective immunizing agents available, particularly for the elderly. And yet, the elderly are targeted. The former top vaccine expert in the United States government was Doctor Anthony Morris, former chief vaccine officer at the FDA, quote from his words, ehh, his mouth, 'the producers of these vaccines know they are worthless but they go on selling them anyway.'

Doctor Ton, Tom Jefferson, arguably the greatest expert on the safety and efficacy of vaccines today in the world. He is the head of the vaccine field group at the prestigious, independent Cochrane Data Base Group in Rome. In a study in 2004, review of all the available published and unpublished efficacy evidence available regarding the flu vaccine, the findings in the Cochrane Group the only safety study performed with an inactivated flu vaccine was conducted in 1976, 33 years ago. 'Conclusion,' quote, 'immunization of very young children is not lent support by our findings. We recorded no convincing evidence that vaccines can reduce death, hospital admissions, serious complications, and community transmissions of influenza. And in young children below the age of two we could find no evidence the vaccine was different from a placebo,' unquote. And, by the way, you can look at volume 366, page 803 to 804, The Lancet. Now, the efficacy of the findings, Doctor Jefferson continued, quote, 'in summary, the evidence for sys-, a systematic review show that inactivated vaccines have little or no effect on the effects measured.' Quote, 'most studies are of poor methodological quality, the impact of co-, confounders is high,' unquote. Quote, 'little comparative evidence exists on the safety of these vaccines,' unquote. 'Further evidence of efficacy of the studies buried in unpublished papers in a study presented to the meeting of the Pediatric Academy of Sciences involving 793 children ages six to fourteen months. The study found there was no decrease in ear infections, doctor visits, emergency room visits, antibiotic prescriptions, or missed day care between those children who received the vaccine and those who did not.'

In Japan, two large scale studies involving four cities where vaccination rates were up to 90% found no difference in the incidence of flu infection. Japan: Japanese health authorities ruled flu vaccines to be ineffective, overturning a mandatory vaccine policy. Japan: a follow-up study found statistically insignificant changes in influenza infection rates compared to when vaccines were mandatory. 'In conclusion,' quote, from the Cochrane Data Base, 'people should ask whether it's worth investing the billions of dollars in Euros in these vaccines. What you see is that marketing rules the response to influenza and scientific evidence comes fourth or fifth in line. The best strategy to prevent illness is to wash your hands,' unquote.

Now, for the H1N1 vaccine safety, from the ah, Cochrane Group, quote, 'clinical trials enrolled only 240 subjects. All were healthy adults. The study lasted 21 days. That is not a quality study. Novartis clinical trial enrolled only one hundred healthy adult subjects. Glaxo-Smith-Cline, clinical trial enrolled 128 healthy adults, no safety trials for the approval of swine flu vaccine had been performed on infants, children, pregnant mothers, adults over 65, and people with compromised immune systems.'

Now, when I challenged the physician yesterday, 'How many compromised-immune system Americans are there? And what role will this vaccine or multiple vaccines play in a compromised-immune system body?' They had no answer. I said, 'well, if you can't tell us with some certainty the likely outcome of injecting two, in New York State it's two vaccines. It's the Swine flu and the, the seasonal flu. With, that means there's 23 to 25 micrograms of mercury in each vaccine. You're giving 50 grams of mercury, 50 milligrams, excuse me, micrograms of mercury, 50 micrograms of mercury into a person with a compromised-immune system, into an infant, into a pregnant woman.' And I held up over two hundred studies, from peer-reviewed literature from a series of journals showing the toxicological impact of thimerosal in the body. And one part per billion, one single part per billion of mer-, mertha-, ethyl mercury is enough to cause destruction of neurons. I gave them a tape of the actual study that showed and you could watch the neuron being attacked and destroyed by one part per billion. One part per billion is allowed in all vaccines! And yet it doesn't have to be listed on the label because it's not considered an active ingredient or even an inert ingredient! Yet, when we check with the actual manufacturers, trace amounts of mercury were in all of them and with no requirement for them to be excluded!

So, let me see now. We're saying that Americans are sick. There is no doubt on that. Look at the statistics, of cancer, heart disease, Lupus, ah, diabetes, um, ah, arthritis. Many of those are immune-related illnesses. Clearly over a hundred million Americans. And you're going to subject a hundred million Americans to an un-proven safety and efficacy series of vaccines with a known toxin in amounts that would never be allowed. And as I said, 'if any doctor in America knowingly injected lead into a patient, they would go to jail.' But they can inject something that is more toxic. And just so they understood their biochemistry or their inorganic chemistry I presented them with a chart on how toxic lead was and how toxic mercury is. And mercury is more toxic. We had campaigns to get the lead out of paint, the lead out of gasoline, the lead out of the environment because we know how toxic it is. And yet, here, we're injecting a known carcinogen, a known neurologic-, ah, neuron disruptor into individuals with no sense of concern of what it will do. But rushing pell-mell where we ho-, don't have the science to support it. Now, if you can show me a safe and efficacious vaccine based upon the standards of real science, I would not be opposed to it. But I am opposed to using Americans any longer as experimental guinea pigs and the science supports that.

One last thing, on vaccine risks, 'children six to eighteen months who received the flu vaccine had a 300% risk of hospitalization compared to un-vaccinated children.' My data? The Mayo Clinic study presented at the 2009 Conference on the American Thoracic Society.

Well, nonsense by what standard? Let me quote verbatim from the people who had a secret meeting. Alright? Now, this is CDC epidemiologist, Doctor Tom Verstraton. 'After reviewing 100,000 vaccinated children's records I identified a definite relationship between vaccination ah, with thimerosal and autism spectrum disorder.'

Doctor Bill While, consultant for the Academy of Pediatrics, at this meeting, quote, 'I was actually stunned at what I saw. You can play with these numbers all you want. The results are statistically significant.' Meaning between thimerosal and the vaccines and Autism,' unquote. Quote from Doctor Richard Johnson, pro-vaccine immunologist, University of Colorado. Quote, 'forgive my personal comment. I do not want my grandson to get a thimerosal-containing vaccine, he was just born, until we know better what is going on,' unquote. And excused himself from the room to go call his daughter to make sure his grandson didn't get a thimerosal-containing vaccine, which would have been the hepatitis vaccine.

Doctor Robert Brett, pediatrician, the Alfred Dupont Hospital in Delaware, quote, 'Bad position from the stand point of defending lawsuits.' Quote, Doctor John Clements, vaccine adviser for the World Health Organization, at this same secret meeting, quote, 'the research should not have been done at all. The study will be taken by others.' You bet. Quote, 'in a February 9th, 2004, fifteen research scientists and medical doctors presented their findings on whether or not there is a direct relationship between vaccines and Autism Spectrum Disorder II, the official government Immunization Safety Review Committee, at the National Institutions of Medicine, at the National Academy of Sciences.' Now, this was the report that was finally used as the nail in the coffin of dissent. You could no longer say there was an association thimerosal and vaccines, ah, and Autism and have any credibility. The case was closed, the book was shut, it is a done deal! Just listen to the great doctor Gupta say 'there is no association'! Unfortunately and regrettably everyone dropped the ball. I went to the actual report which is a matter of public record. Here are the facts, only the facts. Sixty percent, nine of the [15] individual experts at that conference felt there was a link to Autism and so stated. None of these persons had a conflict of interest with the private vaccine or health industry at all. Twenty-six percent, or four of the individuals felt there was not a connection, all of those individuals had connections to pharmaceutical companies. Fourteen percent, or 2 individuals were non-committed. Yet, both of those individuals had private vaccine or pharmaceutical industry connections. So, sixty percent of the panel of fifteen scientific researchers, medical doctors said, 'yes, there was a connection.' And yet, the world has been told no, there was not! All you had to do was go to the original papers, to the original information and it would have been there for everyone to see. Now, that is but one.

Now, let me quickly tell you, and we'll take the call, quickly tell you the bad news here. We are told that vaccine maker's only and primary interest is first to make drugs that save people and prevent disease. Here is the reality when we leave out the profit motive from that equation. The top ten selling drugs, what you as a consumer pay and what they lobbied and personally wrote, their lobbyists wrote the Medicare Law which has in it a provision in the middle of this eleven hundred page bill that is now law, and ah, fifteen of the people who lobbied for that bill from Congress all went to work in the pharmaceutical industry, and one at two million dollars a year, who was the chief sponsor of this law in the House of Representatives that was passed at one o'clock in the mor-, three o'clock in the morning. It was, and no legis-, no legislator had read it at all. It was eleven hundred pages and they got it that morning. The industry wrote a law that said they cannot find, cannot buy, the Veteran's Administration, Medicaid, Medicare cannot buy cheaper drugs than the ones that the industry is giving it. So here's what you should know what would have been the actual cost if the hospitals and the VA could have bought it at the actual generic, active ingredients.
Celebrex, 100 milligrams, $130.27 for a hundred tablets or capsules. That's what the consumer pays. The cost of generic active ingredients for the same hundred tablets, sixty cents, a 21,712% markup.
Claritin, 10 milligrams, $215.17 to the consumer, 71 pennies to the active ingredients, a 30,306% markup. Ah, ah,
Keflex, 250 milligrams, $157.39, a $1.88 ah, on the generic, 8,372% markup.
Lipator, you've heard the ads, 20 milligrams, $272.37, your cost, $5.80 to the manufacturer, 4,696% markup. Ah,
Norvax, 10 milligrams, $188.29 to the consumer, 14 cents for the manufacturer, active ingredients, a 134,493% markup.
Paxil, 20 milligrams, $220.27 to you the consumer, $7.60 for the generic, 2,898% markup. Ah,
Preveced, ah, Prevecet, 30 milligrams, $344.77 to the consumer, $1.01 in the generic, 34,136% markup.
Prilosec, 20 milligrams, $360.97 to the consumer, 52 cents generic, 69,470% markup.
Prozac, you got a lot of people out there taking that, probably more than take vitamin C, 20 milligrams, $247.47, the cost at the generic, to the manufacturer, 11 cents, eleven pennies, that's a 224,973% markup.
Pinorinim, 50 milligrams, $104.47, 13 cents, 80,360% markup.
Vasotek, 10 milligrams, $102.37, cost, 20 cents, 51,185% markup. And the worst of all,
Zanax, one milligram of Zanax cost $136.79, the cost of the generic manufacturer, … two cents, you heard me right, two pennies, the percentage of markup, 569,958% markup! There are others, including
Zoloft, at 50 milligrams, $206.87, the cost to the, to make it, ah, in the generic, a hundred, ah, $1.75, that's 11,821 [% markup]. Now, you have the top ten selling prescription drugs. You know now their retail cost. And you know their ah, you know their percentage of markup. Why wasn't the American consumer, why weren't members of Congress told that this is the amount of profit they are making? And we give man-, manufacturers actual money to develop a vaccine, which they get to keep the patent on? They get to decide the market value? They get to decide what they put into the vaccines? They get to decide the design of the study, not the CDC, not the FDA, not any oversight committee. They have 55% of the members who decide on the efficacy and safety of vaccines on the FDA and CDC vaccine advisory boards who work for them, who have a conflict of interest? They then hired gigantic PR firms to put out propaganda.

We managed to get our hands on it a copy, of their internal memo. It's up on the internet and going viral. So, you see how they're trying to sell people on a pandemic. We should all be concerned about any pandemic. It would be irresponsible not to. We should be concerned about anything that adversely affects the public interest and public health. That is our responsibility. But to create hysteria and fear and then mandate that people must take a vaccine including healthy people having a toxic drug put in their system is abhorrent to me. And the first thing I want to say I so appreciate your getting this information out there because I'm not finding much of it in the medical literature. As you've said, although you've quoted some studies I'm going to look up, now that I did hear about them. Um, I just wanted to say the first time I started to question the vaccine's efficacy and side effects was when the whole concern about Autism came out. And then there was a report I read by one of the candidates, I thing, maybe, Robert F. Junior about a secret meeting and about the mercury and that they had sort of all agreed to keep it quiet.

And let me put this in context. And thank you for having the courage to call in.

We did not know of the Simpsonwood meeting. No one did. And yet every vaccine maker in America was at the meeting. Every top advisor for the FDA and the CDC, who are the medical advisers who sit on their board were at the meeting. The place was packed. It was decided there would be no press information. No public acknowledgment that the meeting even existed. But, one individual decided to tape record. And he had a tape recorder right, right on the desk, ah, in this big room. And so the minutes of the meeting, more than a hundred and seventy pages of this, ah, this meeting, we got our hands on.

Doctor Leslie Earl: Oh, wow.

Gary Null: First we … First we had to independently identify the voices which took a long time.

Doctor Leslie Earl: Wow.

Gary Null: … the voices to the people there. Then we had to confirm from their offices and their schedule that they were actually at a meeting. Now, so it took a lot of detective work to determine all the people, but you could hear people mentioning names or someone would say to other people, I'm doctor such and such. So then I made a chart and the chart has the people, their background, their affiliations. So we know, who do they represent. Then we contacted the CDC and the FDA and under Freedom of Information Act we got all of the participants and the fact that nobody was supposed to keep any minutes!

What does it tell you when the, America's ah, most powerful policy makers gather and no minutes are to be kept? No notes are to be kept. It's all to be like in a, in a cabal. A group of people getting together to form a policy. This is not what democracy in medicine is. Democracy in medicine is where you get together and share ideas. If they're contentious ideas, so be it. If they're ideas where you have people that have pro and con, so be it. That's a good healthy debate. We should never shun away from healthy debate. But this was kept secret. So then, when they actually said, as a matter of record, we have a hundred thousand people and the kids in this study and the evidence, is o-, is overwhelming. Then they're acknowledging, in fact, the person who was the he-, he, head, delegated to actually do the analysis, the hundred thousand. So now they did original analysis, the hundred thousand children, who received thimerosal, and they showed a definite, absolute link to Autism Spectrum Disorder which is a whole spectrum. It goes clear from ADD and ADHD. Did anyone ever ask why we have an i-, epidemic of ADD and ADHD in the United States that we never had historically? All right. And it goes clear up to Aspberger's Syndrome, and in, and anywhere along that route.

So, what they did, they had the proof. Now the problem was what do we do with it? Then they started moaning about it. 'This is bad.' And then they came, after this meeting, they started to rework the figures. Now I might mention, and any lawyer in this audience will tell you the same, it is illegal. It is a crime. It is a federal crime if you are a federal employee and you take a study and you rework it because the original conclusions you did not like or did not suit the interests of a particular party. That is fraud! When you take evidence and you change the nature of the evidence. And if this were a criminal trial and you did that it would be obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence. So, they reworked the numbers and they kept reworking it and reworking it and reworking it and changing and excluding criteria until they finally had a number that they could put out so they could say, 'See, here it is. There's no connection.'

Now, because the public and public health officials and policy makers did not know of this meeting and know that they had lied and know of other work that showed neurological damage with one part per billion and knew that under, under the micro-, ah, under the microgram level it was not considered an active or an inactive ingredient, knowing full well that any textbook in basic inorganic chemistry shows you that even parts per billion of dioxin and even parts per billion in the nano-technologies which are used in medicine are biologically still active. Then they, they committed themselves to an intentional fraud. So it's not like a group of people made an innocent mistake for which we could be forgiving. I believe in being forgiving for innocent mistakes. I do not believe in being forgiving and let someone walk away without being challenged when they, with malice of forethought knew. And there is the key. When you have malice of forethought your indemnification under fad-, federal statute is no longer applicable.

So, when a physician or a scientist intentionally with malice of forethought lies and that lie costs people injury or death, they can be sued. And hence, now, there is a day of, ah, of ah, of, of awareness that we must now be diligent and not accept anything at fact value that's told to us about vaccines.

So that's what this conference, this Simpsonwood Conference is. We have all the documents. Now there's full transcripts and the statements and who made them are on my website [ http://www.garynull.com/ ]. And everything that I gave to that group yesterday is a hundred page non-, non-subjective, only objective, only scientific studies, only peer-review studies, only acceptable science is in the hundred page study review of the safety and efficacy of just two vaccines, thimerosal, ah, ah, Swine flu and ah, regular seasonal flu and with, 200 ah, and 7 citations. Because none of the people on the panel knew of any of those citations.

So, when a doctor said, 'well, this will help protect senior citizens,' I said, 'sir, you are in error.' And I cited the Lancet, how the study they did that showed that zero, zero! Do you realize that if you flipped a coin you could come up with 50% heads or 50 % tails? So this even went beyond the probability of chance. This went to zero, meaning absolutely, totally worthless! Two percent, five percent, and nine percent, and they, they didn't even know these studies existed. They were completely clueless.

So now they have them. And I said, 'Ladies and gentlemen, of this, ah, hearing, you now have in your possession evidence you did not know existed. Please look at the studies carefully. Look at the reviews carefully and ask yourself would you have voted for mandatory vaccine for the five hundred thousand health care workers in New York State, the physicians who will lose their jobs, the nurses that lose their jobs, even if they are conscientious in the choices they make because you listened only to the pro-vaccine scientists. And I have given you a resume of each one of the people who have testified before you. What was not stated by a single person while I am sitting here all day is their conflict of interest and the financial gains they have by working for vaccine manufacturers, getting research grants, getting stipends. And I said, 'and here is the truth about the rest of the story you didn't know.' And that's how we left it yesterday.

Doctor Leslie Earl: And I so appreciate your going there and waiting to, to be able to speak. And it's also disappointing that they put you on at 9 o'clock.
